Administrative Assistant

Company History:

SunBed Service and Supply was established in 1996 in Perry Hall Baltimore County. It is a locally owned service and supply business for the tanning industry. Our goal is to become the largest and most complete distributor in the Mid Atlantic Region. To continue to grow and succeed with our plans, we need hard working dedicated people working with us who desire to achieve the same goal. We want people who are “SMART” Sophisticated, Motivated, Attentive, Responsible Team Oriented; this is essential if we are to continue to grow and prosper.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must be accurate with attention to details
  • Needs to handle heavy volume of client phone and email contacts
  • Strong computer skills (MS Work, Excel, Outlook and Print Master)
  • Must possess basic accounting skills
  • Must be discreet with confidential information
  • Must possess organized work habits, and follow instruction with minimum supervision
  • Articulate oral and professional written communications skills
  • Professional appearance

Job Duties/Description

  • Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and  monitoring administrative projects.
  • Data Entry/Typing – sales figures, comparisons and projections using Quick Books. Memos, SOP procedures and Policies. Projects and Promotions.
  • Filing – Confidential employee records, projects, HR information, client records
  • Payroll – use of company time clock and Quick Books to gather, calculate and transfer payroll info.
  • Company/Employee Relations coordinator – monthly newsletter, company functions, projects.
  • Manage heavy volume of client phone calls and email contacts
  • Accounts Receivable Support
  • Customer Service, Sales and Sales Support
  • Parts and lotions ordering and inventory
  • Light shipping and receiving

Lotions and Lamp Sales Representative

SunBed Service and Supply, was established in 1996 in Perry Hall Baltimore County. Join an established yet progressive organization! The indoor tanning industry is expanding rapidly and we need motivated sales people to cater to existing clients needs as well as develop new business. We are well on our way to becoming the largest and most complete distributor in the Mid Atlantic Region.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Motivated self starter w/proven track record in Business to Business sales
  • Articulate, professional oral and written communications skills
  • Must possess basic computer and accounting skills
  • Interpersonal Relationships – must be thick skinned, manage conflict, conscious of others 
    needs and be able to learn from the answer NO
  • Management Skills – Plan and organize, set goals and objectives
  • Problem Solver – Think quick on your feet, Think creatively. Initiate the acquisition of product  knowledge to better help your clients make the right decision
  • Must be accurate with attention to details
  • Must possess organized work habits, and follow instruction with minimum supervision
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to focus on your work in a busy office environment


Job Duties/Description:

  • Use of telephone to stay in contact with existing clients, must be aware of their current as well as future needs
  • Use of telephone to grow customer base by introducing our services and products
  • Basic computer use for access to existing client history and new client contact information
  • Provide product training to help increase sales for all clients
