A timer accessory is anything that is used in conjunction with your timer to either operate the timer, attach the timer to the unit, or otherwise vital to the function of the timer. A timer accessory is not the actual timer. It can be a knob, bracket, chip, membrane, label, cable, or other part. 2. What information do I need in order to purchase a replacement timer accessory?
As always, have the make, model, and year of your tanning bed ready. Be able to either make a picture identification of the part, or be prepared to give a good physical description of the part. Know the function of the part. For example, in the case of a timer bracket, you would tell your parts sales representative that you are looking for the metal piece that your timer mounts to your tanning unit with. 3. What if I cannot find the timer accessory I need? What if that item is no longer available?
First, contact the manufacturer of your tanning equipment (if they are still in business). They may direct you to a supplier that has the part available, or recommend replacement options.
